1. About us

These terms apply to all services provided by Fresh Lime Studios (D-Block, Saket, New Delhi – 110017) and the use of our website at freshlimestudios.com.

2. Bookings & sessions

All studio bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Fresh Lime Studios. Verbal agreements, WhatsApp messages, or enquiry form submissions do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Session times are billed from the agreed start time regardless of late arrival by the client.

3. Cancellation policy

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: no charge.
• Cancellations with 24–48 hours notice: 50% of the booked session fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the booked session fee.

Rescheduling is at the discretion of Fresh Lime Studios and subject to availability.

4. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed in the project quote or invoice. Fresh Lime Studios reserves the right to withhold delivery of final files until all outstanding amounts are cleared.

5. Intellectual property

All masters, stems, and final deliverables produced at Fresh Lime Studios are owned by the client upon full payment of all fees.

Fresh Lime Studios retains the right to include completed projects in our portfolio and press materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to the session.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary rights and licences for any third-party material (samples, interpolations, licensed recordings) brought into the studio for production. Fresh Lime Studios accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied material.

7. Limitation of liability

Fresh Lime Studios' liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific session or project in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
